About the Company:

Started in 2021, the idea of Easy Wash product comes from the lack of transparency in their car cleaning service for one of the founder’s car!

It started with Bhuvanesh, CoFounder of Easy wash realizing the need of proper cleaning service required in day-to-day life on a monthly basis. They did a mini survey in their society and launched Easywash on public consensus.

We talked to Ayush, the other Cofounder of Easy Wash and Bhuvanesh about the challenges they were facing with their operations and how they turned to a no-code internal business app to address them.

The Problem:

Bhuvanesh tells us that the team of Easy Wash was relying on WhatsApp to track, monitor and communicate with the professionals for the service requests.

There was a lack of visibility in the quality of task performance by the professional and no way to capture real time data.

It was a manual process and dependency on sheets to assign tasks and schedule, follow ups, and communicate with the customer. For a service business like this, utilization is a key metric that will define profitability. Without the right set of tools, they spend a lot of time in coordination, quality control and planning which were eating into their margins significantly.

At the time, when time was crucial for Easy Wash to focus on scaling, hiring a tech team to build applications took the second spot in priority checklist.

The Solution:

Ayush got in touch with Bala on LinkedIn after learning about Zorp from one of the means. Zorp team helped Easy Wash to streamline their workflows, and automate their service management.

With Zorp, they now have an app for their professionals to track real time and update status and other important information to their central team. Professionals can now mark when they reach, upload their and post-service pictures.

The team is now able to see the quality of service and also monitor if the service was timely executed.

With their own internal application, they now have the proper availability of data. Zorp team also helped them integrate whatsapp with their app to send post-service pictures to the customers on completion.

Zorp helped us with streamlining multiple workflows. With service management, we also have workflows to monitor our material refilling, supervisor tasks and marketing.

The Result:

Zorp enabled Easy Wash to scale up their operations, increase from 8 tasks each employee per day to 14 tasks each person per day and handle up to 1000 customers easily!
