On Field Management: Medbikri, having to operate with a field sales team, finding it difficult to capture their locations, and photos and/or to log feedback. The team was relying on verbal communications to the manager which was not only a hurdle to productivity but was also taking a hit on transparency of the team.
Data Capturing: The team first used google forms where the data was going to google sheets, however, that couldn't work because basic forms and sheets do not enforce any quality on the data being collected. They needed something that can not only collect this data but also collect it in the right format and with quality.
Lack of solutions: They knew pen and paper was not the right way to be and turned to google sheets, gave a go to several other ready-to-use as well as no-code tools available in the market today.
